As a User of 7 17 Credit Union's (7 17 CU) video financial service, I agree to the following terms of use. I will act and engage in a manner that is professional and courteous while on video with representatives from the aforementioned organization. I shall not use language or gestures that are intended to harm, threaten, purposely offend, insult or demean. I also will not have any audio or other video able to be seen or heard that contains offensive and/or demeaning content while using 7 17 CU's video service. I understand such actions or language may result in a ban from the video platform. When using the system, I will be dressed in such a way that would be consistent with being present in a physical 7 17 CU branch. I shall not use this service while driving or operating other heavy machinery, and understand that all risks, injury and harm associated with doing so are NOT the responsibility of the aforementioned organization.
I understand violations of the terms of use may result in the representative I am speaking with terminating our current video session, and I may not be permitted to receive video services from 7 17 CU in the future. 7 17 CU will operate in good faith, and use just cause while evaluating potential abuse, but will not accept any liability from failure to read, understand, or follow the above-mentioned terms.
