As a User of this financial service platform, I agree to the following terms of use (Terms of Use). I will act and engage in a manner that is professional and courteous while on video with representatives from First Federal Bank of Kansas City (FFBKC). I will not use language or gestures that are intended to harm, threaten, or demean. I understand carrying out such actions can result in a ban from the video platform. When using the video platform, I will be dressed in a way that is consistent with being present in a physical bank branch. I will not use this service while driving, operating dangerous machinery, or in any unsafe manner, and understand that I bear all risk of injury or harm associated with doing so.

If multiple parties are involved in a video session involving products or services that require collection of signatures, I understand that all involved parties must be present.

I understand that if I fail to meet the requirements described in these Terms of Use, the FFBKC representative(s) I am speaking with may terminate our current video session, and I will not be allowed to receive services from FFBKC through this channel. FFBKC will operate in good faith and use just cause while evaluating potential abuse. FFBKC does not accept or assume any liability from my failure to read, understand, or follow these Terms of Use.

Device Requirements for Video Sessions.

You must have the following features on your Access Device to engage in a video call with FFBKC. We advise you to conduct video sessions only in areas suitable for private conversation. Note: All First Connect sessions are encrypted and secure, so your personal information is protected. Video and chat sessions may be recorded for security and training purposes.
