By clicking the "Accept" button below, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions as outlined below. This Terms of Use, e-Signature Consent and Consent to do Business Electronically provides information about Holy Rosary Credit Union PAT (Personal Automated Teller by telephone) Mobile Banking, Online Banking and Video Banking Center. For the purpose of this agreement, "I", "me," and "mine" shall refer to each Member who is eligible and signs up for these services and "Credit Union" shall refer to Holy Rosary Credit Union where the Member has the accounts accessed through PAT, Video Banking Center, Mobile Banking and Online Banking. All references to time of day in this Agreement and Disclosure refer to Central Standard Time.
Except as set forth in this agreement, or in any later agreement concerning Credit Union's PAT, Video Banking Center, Mobile and Online Banking Systems, the Membership Agreement and other Disclosures and Agreements for accounts previously given to me (including the Regulation E Section and its liability provisions) will govern all transactions made on Credit Union's outlined services. All funds transferred from a loan account will be subject to the applicable loan agreement for accessing proceeds and secured by any security agreement for accessing your loan proceeds.
As a User of the financial service called Video Banking Center, I agree to the following terms of use. I will act and engage in a manner that is professional and courteous while on video with representatives from the Credit Union. I shall not use language or gestures that are intended to harm, threaten, or demean. I understand using such actions can result in a ban from the video platform. When using the system, I will be dressed in such a way that would be consistent with being present in a physical branch. I shall not use this service while driving or operating other heavy machinery, and understand that all risks, injury, and harm associated with doing so are NOT responsible by the Credit Union.
If multiple parties are involved in a product purchase or service acquisition and signatures are required, I understand that all involved parties must be present. I understand that if I agree to the terms of use, and fail to meet the requirements as described above, the representative I am speaking with may terminate our current video session, and I will not be allowed to receive services from the Credit Union through this channel. The financial service will operate in good faith, and use just cause while evaluating potential abuse, but will not accept any liability from failure to read, understand, or follow the above-mentioned terms.
