TERMS OF USE

As part of your relationship with Union Bank, having an address of 933 Fourth Avenue, Lake Odessa, Michigan 48849 (the "Bank"), the Bank wants to ensure you have all of the information you need to effectively manage your accounts. The Bank is required by law to give you certain information in writing, which means you are entitled to receive it on paper. The Bank may provide this information to you electronically instead, with your prior consent. The Bank also requires your prior consent to use electronic records and signatures in their relationship with you. Please carefully review this Terms of Use and Consent for Electronic Signatures and Communications (the "Agreement"). Before using the Bank's electronic services, you must review and agree to the terms below and provide your consent ("Consent").

Video Banking Service - Terms of Use

As a user of the video banking service (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms of use. You will act and engage in a manner that is professional and courteous while using the Service with the Bank and its representatives. You shall not use language or gestures that are intended to harm, threaten, or demean the Bank or its representatives. You understand using such actions can result in a ban from the Service. You shall not use the Service while driving any vehicle or operating other heavy machinery, and understand that all risks, injury and harm associated with doing so are NOT the responsibility of the Bank and the Bank shall have no liability as a result of such actions. If multiple parties are involved in a product purchase or service acquisition and signatures are required, you understand that all involved parties must be present during the Service. You understand that if you agree to this Agreement and fail to meet the requirements as described above, the representative you are speaking with may terminate the Service, and you will not be allowed to receive services from the Bank through the Service. The Bank will operate in good faith while evaluating potential abuse, but will not accept any liability from failure to read, understand, or follow the above-mentioned terms.
